Android app setup

Install and bind your HammondPOS Android terminal.

Use the app/install link supplied in your setup email, or download the correct package below when HammondPOS support asks you to.

For supported Android tablets and single-display Android POS terminals.

For HammondPOS installations on the iMin Swan 2 with the customer-facing second display enabled.

iMin Swan only. This is a separately installed app and does not replace or update the standard Android package.

Open the onboarding link supplied with your setup. It will include your tenant and terminal key.

If the terminal is deactivated later, the app will block use and ask for a new onboarding key.

Use the in-app Refresh/update option after support tells you an update has been released. The app should retain tenant and terminal binding.

Before installing or updating: confirm the correct app variant with HammondPOS support. Do not uninstall a bound live terminal unless instructed.
