Supported, previously provisioned devices can retain agreed core workflows through a temporary interruption. Device compatibility, local printing and the venue's payment fallback are checked before go-live.

A one-off £99 + VAT Scheme Setup and Launch fee is charged once per loyalty scheme—not per till or terminal. It covers scheme creation, reward thresholds, product, category or tag mapping, exclusions, site policy, scanner testing and staff guidance.
